About

I’m a psychologist and researcher in academia in Iceland, with a strong interest in how technology and psychology, particularly mental health, interact at both the individual and societal level, presenting both opportunities and challenges. I also have clinical experience, particularly in cognitive behavioral therapy, with a focus on diagnosing and treating depression, anxiety disorders, stress, and anger management. Alongside this, I’m deeply interested in data, statistics, and research methodology, as well as broader questions in the philosophy of science, conceptual analysis in psychology, and the philosophy of mind. I am available for lectures on these topics and more. If you are interested in booking me or exploring a collaboration, feel free to get in touch.
